Description:
Parallel bars. Travel over the bars using just your arms - no legs allowed!

Don't stop! It'll be tough to start again...

Description:
Fire jump.
Tips:
Jump high. Smile wide. Get that insta-worthy shot! Watch your landing.

Bucket Carry
Description:
Pick a bucket - black stripes are heavier! Carry it aorund the course.
Tips:
Tuck that bucket into your body and lock the fingers together around it. Keep the weight close to your core and keep moving. You'll be done before you know it.

Drop Zone
Description:
Run up the hill and jump down over the wall.
Tips:
Up and over! Just remember to bend your knees and (and roll) as you land.

Farmer’s Walk
Description:
Grab a jerry can in each hand and get round the marked course. Black striped are heavier!
Tips:
Keep those jerry cans as steady as possible. Put them down to rest if needed.

High Wall
Description:
As it says: it is a high wall...
Tips:
Keep your momentum in the run up and push up and off the wall in the jump. Get your hands over the top then swing your leg up to follow. Keep those knees bent as you land the other side.

Description:
A wall. Higher than the high wall.

Description:
A log, blocking your way. Get over the yellow log bar.

Description:
Travel through the middle of the suspended tyres.

Face Up. Face Down. Either choice, Just. Keep.Moving.

Low Wall
Description:
Low concrete wall. Get over it, any way you can!
Tips:

Description:
Rig with bars. Use your arms to swing from start to finish. No legs allowed!

Monkey Rings
Description:
Rings suspended from a rig. Get from the start to the finish. Don't touch the ground.
Tips:
Use the rings to generate momentum, keep it smooth and follow to the end.

Needle’s Eye
Description:
A trye suspended on a rig. Get through the middle of the suspended tyre.
Tips:
Use the frame to steady yourself and get you through.

Description:
A plank suspended by chains. Cross the rocking bridge. Any way you like!

Rope Climb
Description:
Rope suspended from the rig. Get to the top. Touch the bar. get down.
Tips:
Use your legs, not your arms!

Sand Dune
Description:
Go up the hill and pick a dynami sandbag. Carry the bag around the course and drop it back off at the top of the hill.
Tips:
Chuck that bag down. Get the bag up on your shoulders and get it done.

Sandbag Hoist
Description:
Sandbag suspended from the rig. Pull the sandbag up to the top and bring it back down again.

It's all in the core, not the arms...

Soldier's Soak
Description:
The pond!
Tips:
Jump in and enjoy! On a hot day, it's even better. Just remember to keep your hands above the water. You'll be needing that grip later.

Spear Pit
Description:
Throw the spear into the target from behind the line. One attempt allowed!
Tips:
The spear will go where your front foot and shoulder is pointing. Make sure they are pointing at that target!

Spider Snare
Description:
A path marked out with wires criss-crossed across it. Get through the course, from start to finish. You must stay in the lane!
Tips:
Fast and low will usually see you taking the best route.

Tarzan Tyres
Description:
Cross the hanging tyres from one side to the other.
Tips:
This is all technique! Don't try and force it: go with the flow...

Tip Toe Shuffle
Description:
A sea of tyres! Get across the tyres, from start to finish, any way you like.
Tips:
Keep the feet light and shuffle across. Look ahead!

Tripwire
Description:
Walk over the wires. Pick your way through.
Tips:
High knees! Slow and steady will see you nail this one. Don't trip up by trying to go too fast.

Tully’s Trenches
Description:
Navigate the darkness under the cover of the trenches.
Tips:
Stay low, push with the legs and keep the momentum with the arms. Watch out for the unexpected!

Tyre Drag
Description:
A tyre with a 40kg, solid steel chain attached to it. Get some!
Tips:
Grab the end of that chunky chain, get it over the line, then pull rest over nice and easy

Description:
Crawl under the wires.

Crawl, roll, whatever works, just keep low and keep moving!

Description:
The fun, muddy, part. Follow the course through the water obstacles. Do not stray off track!
