NEW YEAR REVOLUTION (BUNDLE)
For Apparels & Clothing:
1. If the productshave manufacturing defects or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will meet our legal obligation and exchange the product or give you a refund.
2. Proof of purchase is needed for exchange or return within 14 days from date of purchase (For Apparels Only).
3. Product can be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in new and original condition with tags if any, still attached, together with the receipt
4. Original item is required for exchange or return
5. Item purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.
6. Products that were sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
For Training, Space Booking and Coaching Sessions:
1. For all such bookings, there will be no refund once booked, unless otherwise advised.
2. Abyss.Life may, at its sole discretion consider processing a refund/replacement on a case to case basis upon request, depending on circumstances. Should such a request be successfully processes, it does in no way set a precedent for any request in future. Abyss.Life reserves the right for the final decision.

2. Receiving your order: Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification to arrange for a separate delivery (otherwise known as ‘Redelivery’). Such redeliveries maybe subjected to additional charges and subject to the terms of the relevant postal or fulfillment service.
3. Abyss.Life will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Abyss.Life will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
4. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
5. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is being packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
